Each month we will be featuring women who are inspirational to us because of their accomplishments. They may have pursued passion--made their 'Dream Grow Wings"; possibly been recognized for their service; or whom are an outstanding example of the kind of women PEP wants to acknowledge.
Congrats to these young women (and men) and many more like them who are an inspiration on how to excel. They are our future--we only hope they take with them, all the positive things that we as parents have taught them. Reciprocally, they have much to teach us. Graduation celebrations often give the opportunity to share the wisdom of many generations in our families--the young, the grandparents, and us "in-between" parents! We also want to "CELEBRATE" all the parents of graduates who invested countless hours--and countless dollars in their children. Keep believing and supporting these children--they still need us! comfortable sharing, you get to decide who gets to view "your space",
and submitting photos becomes easy and fun. In addition you can
receive or share information with women of all ages on requested topics.

share your experiences/expertise with other Pep ladies. This new feature will allow everyone to mentor other women of any age. It may be questions RE: a career, some business advice, parenting tips, techniques for dealing with teens, decorating ideas for a special occasion, recipes, etc. Anyone who has 'been there-done that' can offer their "Expertise". Another way
for women to network and mentor. What a great sense of satisfaction to mentor
someone without ever leaving your home. Our women who get their questions answered will be so grateful that someone was interested in helping them out!

WOMEN
As our new website 'grows wings', we are pleased to announce that we will be
featuring many non-profit organizations that empower women. Not only do
we
want to acquaint all of our PEP women with these worthwhile organizations,
we also want to give you the opportunity to make a positive difference.
Many of these groups provide the opportunity for women to
volunteer. Some
also have wonderful products that we will feature in our mall. These women
receive such a sense of satisfaction and self-worth when they are able to

The ability to communicate on PEP-Perspectives via blogs, podcasts, chat
